Hi,

Back in the Windows days, I had a great piece of software that allowed me to print DVD covers at the correct size by dropping the picture in, resizing it in a template that was displayed on screen. It was by Nero.

Does anyone know of anything which is similar for Mac? I have a few damaged DVD/Blu Ray cases and would like to try and reprint the covers.

Thanks in advance.

There use to be a free bit of software called suncase that worked brilliantly. Google it and I am sure you will find. You basically just drag an image in and print, no resizing. Only thing is I dont think it does Blu-Ray size. If not Roxio?

Thanks Willyhunt! That is pretty much what i was looking for!

I was also looking for something where I could make the cover bigger i.e for a 10 way DVD case and such things, but this is enough to keep me busy for now!

I haven't tried the Roxio one, but is it Disc Cover 2 RE?

Another one that I would not give up for anything is Discus by Magic Mouse Software.

If you go to that link you can see an online tour at the top right and/or download a demo (with a much smaller art database than comes with the full product) to try it out. I like it because it has templates for hundreds of project types and I use it for DVD covers, CD jewel case inserts and printable DVDs with great results. It also has the onscreen outlines you mentioned to make it easy to import covers.
