Hey guys

I'm a new mac user and I purchased a macbook and I was curious if it should come with any software to burn files to a dvd, im just wanting to burn some stuff to a video dvd so I can check it out on a regular dvd player.

If it doesn't did you guys have something I can recommend checking out for dvd burner software, thanks for any help!

You can burn DVD's and CD's with the Finder as well as dual layer disks and also erase rewritable media. I burn dual layer dvd disks all the time. I'm not sure if you can make ISO images in Finder. The last time I used Toast was to make bootable ISO disks for installing Smoothwall software to make a a really sweet router.

Check out the Apple Help on this. It will tell you exactly how to do it.

Have fun.
:)
