DVD Burning and Harddrive loss?

Ever since I have been been using mactheripper and popcorn, my harddrive has been shrinking. Is this normal? I havent loaded any new programs and my harddrive has dropped by 67.46 gb to 66.94 gb 9 movies later.

...well yeah...9 X 7 equals 63... each time you use macR it has to store the file somewhere...like on your harddrive!
Each time you Rip a movie its about 7 G's
