DVD chapters with iMovie

Hi,

I've been using Handbrake to rip DVDs for the iPhone 3G I'm going to buy. The only difficulty I've had is with movies that are split over 2 dvd discs. I've used iMovie to join the two movie files, which has worked fine, except that the chapter markers disappear. Is there any way to keep these markers with iMovie?

For stuff like the extended LOTR movies? You're better off leaving it as two files or finding an app that is made to join movies. Quicktime Pro might keep them where they are but I don't know.
