DVD compatibility question

Hello, I am in the process of making a dvd for my girlfriend. I'm using windows and I have DVD-Rs, and somehow windows formatted them so that I can add 4 dvds on one dvd disc. I tested this in my ps3 and it plays all of them. So here's my question.. my girlfriend has a mac laptop, not sure which one but its about a year and a half old? and it was pretty pricy. So I'm wondering if I give her the dvd disc that has 4 dvds on it formatted in windows will work on her mac? The files are all mp4 and I know those work, just concerned if its a windows only thing or what.
