DVD Compression/Burning All In One

I am looking for an all in one program that will rip my DVD, compress it if need be and then when done prompt me to put a blank DVD in and burn it. DVD Shrink for PC worked perfectly and did this and was a great all in one program. While I can Bootcamp over to Windows and utilize this program I would rather not and use my Mac instead.

Any suggestions?
