Anyone know of a good DVD program that I can use to make simple little DVDs with menus? I have quite a few anime "fansubs" that I'd like to make DVDs out of. I know about iDVD, yes, but that's kind of...simple. It dummyfies everything for you.

There is DVD studio pro .... You don't have to do the "advanced" setting and it comes with templates and samples. The only con is the price tag .... Unless you are a student of course (acad discount)

If your a student you can get the production suite at educational discount which is what I did. It includes :
Final Cut Pro HD
Motion
DVD Studio Pro
Soundtrack
Livetype
Cinema Tools
Compressor
Quicktime Pro

You cannot go wrong for $500. Damn good deal if you ask me
