Dvd creation

Well my lovely kids have lost another apple tv remote so I have decided it's cheaperto put all the digital media onto DVD. Now when I ripped all the stuff originally I was a pc user so I want to know the best possibly free prog to use to do this. The originals are in our lockup so it's all abov board I would just rather the had backup copies rather than the originals as they distroy disks any parent with young kids proberly knows this.

So I need a decent prog to put various encodes bk onto DVD for them to watch.
