I have trouble to insert the DVD/CD in drive due severely bent after use on palm rest so heavily, it's quality issue of design on MBP, I'm still under warranty and would able to fix under warranty?

There's picture that look like that but this pic isn't mine.

Nope, it won't bent unless excessive force is applied to it.

Excessive force = user damage

User damage is not covered

Consultant is right, most likely Apple will laugh you out of the store if you try to claim the damage is not user-caused. Sad but probably true, however, feel free to give it a shot.

If Apple does refuse to help, you can fix this yourself. Get a thin screwdriver and put one or two wraps of electrical tape around the end. Insert it into the slot as close to the center as you can and gently twist the screwdriver. You should be able to open up the slot as good as new.

Be very careful not to mark up the edges of the slot or you'll scratch every disk you put in. Trust me, you don't want to try sanding out gouges.

Good luck.
