DVD Drive stuck in Eject position

MacBook Pro 13.3 Late 2009, Yosemite 10.10.2

My internal DVD drive is currently stuck in the Eject position. It's happened before.

I've tried resetting the SMC and using the drutil tray eject commands in the Terminal. The terminal command worked last time, but not this time.

I'd rather not loose my laptop for a few days by giving it to Genius Bar. Can anyone suggest a way I can fix this myself?
