DVD --> iso on HD with predefined subs

Hi all,

I am new in the mac world, and i'm having trouble finding a program that can copy DVDs to my harddisk in an ISO file, and at the same time allows me to define the default subtitle (so the DVD starts with my preferred subtitles without i have to add the subs in the menu when i start the movie.)

I have tried different programs(handbrake, imTOO DVD, DVD Backup, MacTheRipper) but none seems to have this feature.

On my windows PC i use DVDFab which has this feature, so i hope there exists a mac program that can do the trick. Any ideas?

thanks, but that does not help me.

Anyone who knows a program where i can set my preferred subtitle as default? maybe Roxio's programs?
