I was wondering if there was any software I could use to turn my mac into a DVD jukebox. I want to be able to play my ripped DVDs on my mac mini, and use my apple remote. I want it so I can set the program to launch on start up and just use my mac to play my DVDs. Something sort of like Matinee, but I want it to be full screen and a little more all encompassing. Thanks!

Mac to TV
I am trying to build a DVD Jukebox on my Quicksilver G4. I want to get the computer signal to my TV via composite RCA or S-Video. It's been suggested I use Canopus ADVC 100. Is there another way (cheaper)? My computer is about 10 feet away from my TV.

If you have a free PCI slot, you can install a video card with S-video out (most Radeon Mac cards have it).
