DVD player that supports external subtitles!

Hi,

so is there any good one? A DVD player that supports external subtitles (*.sub, *.srt)? It's just I bought a DVD ('Johnny Stecchino') that has no English subtitles included and the film itself is in Italian. So is there any way to add subtitles to DVD???
