I'm pretty sure that DVD update has been around for a while - like since March.

I dunno man, it just showed up in my Software update and i run Software Update at least once a week.

Here's my log of software updates. Notice the 3/9/02 date on the DVD Player updae version 3.1.1

Strange that it is just coming in now for you.

Whate version of OS X are you using? Or are you using OS 9?
