I am experiencing a strange issue out here.I have a Visual Studio 2005 DVD and need to transfer it to my XP desktop (with no DVD ROM
).
I treid using my macbook and a flash drive.All the files transferred successfully except a few:
vs_setup.msi
setup.ini
setup.exe
locdata.ini
There files are not copying even onto the mac desktop folder.When I try to drag and drop ,i get a copy message box that says
'The item "File Name" contains one or more busy items that cannot be changed'.
It prompts me for the password and the the process aborts.
I have checked the permissions for thefiles and the entire folder in general but am unable to find a solution.
any suggestion will be appreciated.
