DVD-RAM problem on G4 Dual 500

Can anyone help, I cant eject RAM disk. I've tried to reformat it, I've tried everything. The dsk is in Rewrite mode but I still can't edit it. But it behave like is not rewriting. The only way to get it out is by rebooting while holding the mouse down.
