Try VideoLan, I think it is better than the Apple DVD program. www.videolan.org

It plays DVDs from any region (without having to hack your drive), plus it allows you to stream DVDs over a network and a lot of other cool things.

This program is also known as VLC. It's great for DivX movies, and there are only a few areas where I wish it behaved like DVD player, and they mostly relate to full-screen mode.
