DVD region on macbook network.

Hello all, Currently running a network with all macbook's full with permissions and user accounts. currently when the user puts in a DVD for the first time it tells them to select a DVD region but they are unable to because its locked, and the only way for it to be unlocked is for the admin password that we dont give out to users. Is there a preference file or something i can send out using ARD to override this setting so i dont have psychically go to each macbook and enter the password when they put a DVD in?

There is a big disadvantage to this; you are limited to 5 region unlocks. Once you hit six you can't change it anymore.
