DVD ripper and apple tv

I am interested in the best way to rip my dvd's and then add them to itunes and my apple tv. Is there something out there that will look pretty and work well on the apple tv as well as itunes for my dvd's? Including artwork, so they look right in the library?

Handbrake; use the Apple TV setting.

I didn't see any "Apple TV" settings. Where do I find those? Handbrake is great tho and I've been using it. For old TV shows, I'm using 70% constant, seems to be fine.
