dvd ripping tools (not mactheripper or ripit)

other than mactheripper and ripit, are there any other good DVD ripping tools ?

i've found ripit to produce corrupt images at times (certainly with a couple of DVDs i used it with it corrupted chapter markers).

Handbrake, though it cannot rip DRMed DVDs, only unprotected ones.

ok excluding handbrake as well.
i don't count handbrake as a dvd ripping tools, it's a conversion tool (it's VLC that actually does the "ripping" for handbrake).
