DVD Ripping W/ Toast 8 HELP!!!

Hey Guys! I was told that you can use TOAST 8 to Rip a DVD after some tweaking with settings. Im not exactly sure if thats true or not just wondering if anybody knows a Little more than I do. I've used MTR (mac the ripper), It just rips REALLY SLOWWW! and becomes annoying after 30 + minutes. Was wondering if anybody had some insight! Thanks
