DVD+/-RW for Quicksilver

With all the hoopla surrounding Tiger and needing a DVD drive to install... I figure I should buy a DVD burner for my Quicksilver which I bought with just a CDRW drive in it.

That being said, what drives are compatible with OS X 10.4 and/or all Macs? Should every drive, or would I need to stick with certain brands?

Lots of people seem to enjoy the DVR-109

I recently got one and put in my MDD and have had no issues. Some people have had issues...Take it for what its worth I guess.

Well if I have major problems, it'll end up in my Windows box... in fact, after installing Tiger, I may just move it there any way since the Windows box is a custom built Media PC

I already have a Lite-On combo drive in my PC... has anyone used one of those with a Mac?
