Hi there.

Can anyone please tell me how to take a screenshot
of a DVD? I tried using command+shift+3, but I just get
a message saying 'Screen grabs are unavailable during
DVD playback. Please quit DVD Player first.' Obviously,
if I quit the DVD, there's no image to capture! :D

Also, once downloaded, does anyone know how I can
save myspace.com videos to my desktop?

In both cases, do I need additional software?

Many thanks in anticipation of some kindly soul helping
me out on this.

With very best wishes for 2007,

JMcE.

Thank you both very much for your replies - much appreciated.

I've downloaded the VLC software and will give it a whirl and get
back to you with the outcome.

I don't suppose either of you know how I can save myspace.com
videos to my desktop?

With thanks again,

JMcE.

A belated thanks to you 'croshtique' and 'joepunk' for
recommending VLC and SnapzProX.

I downloaded VLC and was able to use it successfully.

Thank you both once again, your assistance is very
much appreciated.

Best,

JMcE.

Download them from here and then use iSquint to convert it.

Dear 'PYR0M310N'

I am very grateful to you for your assistance and
glad that someone has replied to a thread which is
several weeks old - it is very much appreciated.

I've checked this out and it looks like the biz - I'll
certainly do as you advise. You're a Superstar!

Best wishes and many thanks,

JMcE.
