Well, pop the DVD in your computer and take it out of full screen and wait for the picture to come up. pause it when it gets there and open up Applications/Utilities/Grab and on the top bar, click Capture -> Selection and follow instructions to drag over the image. Then go File -> Save and save it. Hope it works
