DVD SP help

I have tried to export a short file (2 minutes) from FCP to Quicktime. That is easily done and I get a .mov file but when I tried to import it into DVD Studio Pro, it is not acceptable to DVD Studio pro. I get message: "Import assets: Incompatible Format".
I erased .Plist file for DVD Studio Pro. Still does not accept file.
Any help?

What codec are you using? Make sure you are exporting as NTSC or PAL DV format. Alternatively, instead of exporting to Quicktime at all, you could send your FCP file to Compressor and export it directly to MPEG-2 using one of the Compressor presets.
