I burn my files on to DVD then when dvd is put in dvd player the menu does not show up it only shows up as data disc /// when i insert into mac book pro my DVD player opens it what files are not being put on to the DVD so a regular DVD player will open it ?? or what setting or destination is not properly set in DVD studio pro ?

DVD contains // 1 main menu / 2 chapter menus / 1 intro track (advertisements) that jump to movie HD.264 / 4th menu that has 6 tracks linked to it 2 trailers 2 music videos deleted scene and extra footage. this is total 3.8 GB.

Sounds like you made an HD-DVD which can only be played back in certain Macs and certain Toshiba HD-DVD players, IIRC. Apple's HD-DVD implementation in DVD SP, which is from '05, is more along the lines of "Hey, we did it first" instead of "Hey, we did it right."
