DVD Studio Pro 4 DVD gives error on some computers

I edited video in Final Cut Pro 5.1.4, exported it as QuickTime, imported to DVD Studio Pro 4.1.2, created a DVD title, and burned copies. Client reports that on some computers the DVD will not boot and an error message manifests "Install Compatible DVD decoder on computer". Any ideas to fix this problem?
