DVD Studio Pro menu loops

Anyone have any experience with a looping menu having a visible loop point? When the menu gets to the end, there is a brief pause before it loops where the image becomes jagged and pixelated. I'm wondering if this is a limitation of the DVD format, DVD Studio, or if it's something that can be corrected. I'm running DVDSP 4.1.2 if that matters.
