DVD Studio Pro Video Quality

How do u control the quality of a video when importing to DVD studio Pro?
When I import my sequence from final cut, everything looks good, except for the text, its all pixelated, but the video quality is still good.

I'm not sure what all you have for text, but provided it's basic white (off white is better), Boris plugins are nice if you have that feature with 5. Selecting 3D Titling should help and, you should use encoding at 2 Pass VBR. There are a lot of Text/Title Tutorials and all kinds of FCP Tutorials out there for the googling.
