I have a lot of DVD's from back in the day of tape/DVD trading. Now that I have a WD Media Player, I'd like to convert the DVD's to video files without any quality loss, and hopefully save on disc space at the same time. What would be the best and easiest program to use to do this?

The WD Media Player can play DVD .iso disc image files.

This will avoid the need to transcode to a different format. Standard DVDs are in MPEG 2 format. If you transcode your DVDs to a different format, then you will necessarily lose quality. The only issue will be the amount of quality that you lose.
