DVD works in DVD player when burnt from iDVD but not from DVD Studio Pro?

I made the same disk in iDVD and DVD studio Pro 4. It played on the DVD player just fine and everything worked when used iDVD. The DVD studio one doesn't work but works in my computer; however it doesn't work in my roommates computer, which is an HP model about 3 yeas old.

What could be wrong?

What steps did you take exactly to get the film into DVDSP, what steps did you take in DVDSP? And what DVDSP version do you use on what exact Mac with what exact Mac OS X version?
