DVI to MDP Adapters

I've been looking at the different adapters to connect a DVI poert on a video card, to a Cinema Display (with MDP).

However, all of the ones I have seen, only provide a max resolution of 1280x720. Is there one I can use that would give me full resolution on my 27" ACD?

Those types of adapters are so expensive you are better off buying a card with mini display ports on it instead. As a side bonus you have a newer, faster card. On the cheap side you can go Nvidia GT120, which is about the same price as those adapters anyway. Alternatively you could get something better like the ATI 5770 or 5870.
