DxO Optics Pro workflow with Adobe Lightroom

Anyone combining the two to process raw images?

I currently rely on Lightroom for raw processing and image management. I like the idea of making my images sharper and batch correcting for inherent lens distortion in DxO but it seems the only way to do this is to output a TIF image to Lightroom - this doubles the number of files I have to archive.

I see they have a Mac beta of v5 out now, anyone played with it?

There was a thread about the beta here last month. The consensus was that it was a mess.
