Dynamic iTunes links

Does your friend have a LinkShare account? They have some hints. I only know how to link to one song (static). Sorry if this doesn't help too much, I just signed up yesterday so I don't know the ins and outs too well.
 
There's a guide for that if you got an account and know how to program. It seems pretty easy to do. However the problem is that each country has a different store.
