Dynamic wallpaper no longer full-screen after syncing

I setup my iPhone and then restored from iCloud.

Then when I got home I synced with my home PC just to transfer music and photos.

Since that second sync, my dynamic wallpaper is no longer full-screen. I have a black border on all 4 sides of the wallpaper. It is still dynamic though.

Has anyone experienced this?

Never mind. Fixed it by doing reset settings.
