I've seen some interesting animated wallpapers on jail broken phones.

Why hasn't Apple added any new stock Dynamic Wallpapers since the initial release? I thought for sure there would be something new for the larger phones with new iOS.

So I downloaded an app (cant remember name) that had some dynamic effects in their wallpapers but my battery started dropping like crazy. I was testing it so I decided it wasnt worth it for me. You can search for something similar and see how it holds up for you.
