Dynamic wallpapers disappeared?

I originally restored the iPhone from a backup, and had all the old system wallpapers, plus the new one, and 2 "dynamic" ones to choose from.

I chose to erase all content and settings and lost ALL wallpapers other than the standard one :(

Also, I won't be able to restore again until they update Find My iPhone. The download from the dev center did not work for me :(
