e-mail account connected with apple id expired.

I have a costant pop up message from icloud in my iphone asking me to connect with my previous apple id.
The problem is that my email acount connected with that apple id is expired.
And is so old that i couldn't remember my security questions.
I would like to change my apple id in icloud.
