E-Mail: FaceTime with Apple Rep 1-888-FACETIME. Anyone try it yet?

Tried it a few minutes ago. Wait time was just 3 mins. It was pretty cool and the rep showed me all the features.
I called in earlier today. The rep told me how to set it up, although I already knew that, and showed me how to flip the picture from the front camera to the back camera. Pretty basic, but it was cool to have Apple offer this. At least I know that FaceTime works at my house.

In a chair with a blue screen blank background. THe recording prior to the chat said that it was not allowed to be videotaped!
I'm curious, what features does FaceTime have besides being able to see the person, see what the other person sees, mute the person and landscape mode?
Is it possible to be in FaceTime, then go to a regular phone call without having to disconnect then call back?
I don't think so but he did have me pause it and go do something on the web while we chatted. Then i brought the video back with no problem.
Just called it, there was like a 1minute wait. It was cool and the people will help with whatever problems you have
I went to through the drive in window at the bank today and my teller was on the video screen. Would you like details on that too?
I just tried this as well. I talked with a white guy, mid 40s probably. Video was very impressive. He had a blue background behind him and when he flipped the camera over, it was a picture of a beach and he said he wished he was there hah. I'm impressed.
