E-mail not Downloaded from the Server

When I receive certain e-mails (especially e-mails with attachments) occasionally when I try to open them the e-mail will say, "This message has not been downloaded from the server." I try and refresh it to get it to show up but it just doesn't seem to work. Is anyone else having this problem? What is causing it and how do I get the e-mail to download?
