Why is it that the E! Online app, which can be found when searching the app store via an iPhone, cannot be found in the app store from an iPad? I realize they may have no iPad "enhanced" version, but what would make it outright unavailable like it is? Is it possible for devs to make iPhone apps in such a way that they're outright blocked from iPads?
