App store sales are always international, no need to specify. Apple doesn't allow different prices in different regions. When a developer sets the price of the app, they only set the price Tier, which equates to $0, $0.99, $1.99 etc in the US and Canada, and the equivalents everywhere else. There's no option to charge $0.99 in the US and $6.99 elsewhere.

I posted this yesterday in the iPhone section...

Anyway, the offer is great especially for Dungeon Hunter and Real Racing.

This is completely awesome, I'm gonna get just about all of these at these prices! The new 4S will be loaded...if it ever gets here. Where are you, FedEx!?

Cheers, thanks for clearing that up :)

Any of the sims games are good however I recommend sims 3 ambitions as you have more job options and can have a baby,

Need for speed hot persuit is my favorite out of the three racing games shift, undercover.

Madden i have heard is pretty good.and tetris and scrabble are classics.

Are there any other notable differences between the Sim games?

Does anyone have thoughts on the FPS ones(Battlefield 2 vs Tom Clancy) and how is Spiderman Mayhem?

In world adventures you can travel between 3 places while in the ambitions and normal sims 3 you are stuck in the same place. and you can marry people from different places as well thats as much as i can remember right now.

Oh and there is a money cheat with sims 3 (if i remember correctly) while ambitions and world adventures has not cheats.:D

Thanks, I will check other reviews if they are not that similar, I might as well purchase both of them.

Not necessarily the case, Electronic Arts trades under the name Electronic Arts Nederland B.V. in a number of iTunes stores around the world and quite often we do not see US app sale prices.

One of the reasons I love the App Store. :)

Been playing dungeon hunter 2 nonstop on my iPhone the past couple days. Best hack and slash rpg I've ever played on a handheld. It's like diablo for ios. It's a steal at 99 cents.

Awesome. This made me immediately jump on the Dungeon Hunter 2 HD game. I love my dungeon hackers. But decent ones at $0.99 are a steal. Best thing that had me curious about DH2 HD was that this sequel has advanced classes you can choose once you reach a certain level. I always like games that allow you to expand to prestige-like classes (ala. Dungeon Fighter)

Some of those EA games are decent, but I'm always disappointed by Gameloft games. They're like the video game equivalent to a puppy mill-- they just churn out product that looks good at the beginning, but once you bring it home you notice all the flaws. Been that way since the old click wheel games-- even serious crash problems don't seem to get addressed.

I don't think this is trully international, as in my AppStore in Slovakia I still see full prices. The discount is possibly available only in the countries where the 4S sale started yesterday. Let's see maybe in two weeks we will have the same over here :)

EA games definitely not on sale in the UK - even the scrabble icon is different as it's sold by EA Nederland BV.

Much as I love Macrumors, it is very US centric. I thought there war queues outside the apple stores yesterday, not lines

the EA games are on sale here in denmark

also gamelofts

i just bought dungeon hunter 2. :)

(i dont buy ea games, i hate that company :p)

Actually, I have the 1-3 listed below, very fun games...

Can anyone list their top 5 games from the list above? I really have no idea what to buy.

From that above sale mine would be:

5. Madden NFL '12
4. The Sims 3
3. Dead Space
2. N.O.V.A. 2
1. Spider-Man: Total Mayhem
