He wrote 90% of the report and then sat on it for over a year. All the work was done last september...

Almost dropped out before getting it because of stupid *** bureaucratic bull**** and dumb **********s (
) who create the most inane system ever. I didn't find anything really "hard" about it...just unimaginably stupid leadership who refused to do anything whatsoever...people who would hang up on me on the phone and not answer my emails for months, and when they did answer them avoid the subject and use the most heinous grammar and spelling I've ever seen.
Worth it? I'm not sure...

Congratulations to him. That will impress people all of his life. My Eagle project was very similar-- school grounds fixer-upper; the trees are still there 22 years later.
