If they aren't better I might leave them, the charger, and the cable in the box. Far better to sell the complete package and I'll never wrap them like the factory.
 
If the whole package is pristine, do you think there's any difference in value at the 1 or 2 year point?
 
If I were buying used, I wouldn't want to use someone else's used earbuds. So, I guess knowing that an unused, sealed pair of earbuds were in the package would make me want to pay a few extra bucks.

I like I think so. However, from experience, it really doesn't improve value very much. As long as you include a working cable and charger it'll sell for practically the same amount (give or take $10-$20). Heck, even the box isn't worth that much.

Really, do what you want with the accessories.
