My current estimated shipment date for my macbook is Sept 21st. Is there any chance of it shipping earlier than the estimated ship date? Im just excited and I dont want to wait another week and a half.

It's definitely possible, all of my recent orders have shipped earlier than stated, some MUCH earlier than stated (ie, 4 days for my Mac Pro compared with the estimated 1 month

i wouldn't expect that to happen though, my white macbook is supposed to be shipping today, but no dice so far... so i wouldn't count on it...

It will not ship early, with the recent announcements and excitement over Apple products shipments are even likely to be pushed BACK.
