Early 11 MBP 13, monitor impossible to connect?

Im wondering if there are any drivers for the thunderbolt or anything else so I can use my macbook pro which I need to connect to an external monitor in Windows 10. I dont want to sell my MBP as I love OSX but this is a must have for work.

So If anyone could help Id really appreciate it.
