Early 2006 Imac core duo airport extreme card options

I have the above iMac disassembled at the moment replacing a dead HDD, switching to a core duo 2 processor while im at it, and ill update the firmware from 4,1 to 5,1 and install OS Lion


I have a airport extreme card BCM94322M that i removed from a cMP that i upgraded for Mojave/Catalina, will this card work in this iMac?

The card removed from the cMP worked in the iMac
