Sorry, if this has been brought up before, but my older 2008 MBP seems to display "whiter whites" than my new, just purchased today MBP.. All of my display settings are the same.. Anyone else find this to be the case or can someone point me to a thread with the same discussion?? Thanks and sorry again if this has been debated...

Do you mean the built-in display? Or an external, your question isn't too clear on that.

Yes, built-in display to clarify.. sorry. I have them side-by-side and my 2008 MBP just seems to be brighter/display whites "more white." I hate to say the new 2011 seems to have a more "yellow tinge," but it does.

Have you switched from a glossy display to an anti-glare display?

Both are glossy and both are calibrated to same specs.. If I had a decent camera I would take a photo... I know this is a very subjective topic, but to my eyes it seems different..
