Just curious, Ive had my refurb 13 macbook pro for about a month. It seems the bottom part of the trackpad clicks easier than the upper half. Is this normal or have I just not noticed I usually click there and it gets easier over time? The top half seems slightly stiffer. Hard to explain.:apple:

They're all like that. I've tried on mine (2011 core i5 13", and 2008 Aluminum Macbook), my friend's 2010 15", and others in the local Apple Store. I think the top part of the trackpad is fixed to the body of the laptop, sort-of like a door hinge.

Yeah, the top is where the hinge is. I don't recommend pushing on it at the top very much, it's possible to break it if you do.
