early 2011 13" ram upgrade?

I'm thinking about upgrading my ram. I've seen a video on how to do it on a 15" mbp I assume it won't be any different on the 13"?

just to confirm the ram & the hdd are user serviceable right?

I would always recommend Crucial Ram. Fully covered by warranty and I have never heard of any complaints. Upgrading Ram is simple.
